Growth & Performance
Identify the constraints holding your business back and create practical plans to improve performance.

Growth stalls for reasons that rarely show up on a P&L. By the time the numbers move, the real cause — a process that doesn’t scale, a team stretched past its design, a pricing model built for a different stage of the business — has usually been true for months.
Finding the real constraint
We start by mapping how the business actually performs today, not how the org chart says it should. That means sitting with the operators closest to the work, tracing where time and margin quietly leak, and separating symptoms from causes. Most businesses we meet are solving the wrong problem, carefully.
Building a plan that holds
Once we’ve found the actual constraint, we build a performance plan around it — specific initiatives, owners, and a small number of metrics that tell you early whether it’s working. We’re deliberately against sprawling dashboards; if a plan needs twenty metrics to explain itself, it isn’t ready.
Staying through execution
Performance work doesn’t end at the recommendation. We stay close through the first quarter of execution and adjust as real results come in, because the first version of any plan is rarely the final one.
If growth has plateaued and no one can say exactly why, this is where we start.
