How engagements run

This work is usually less structured than a strategy or performance engagement. We embed as a standing advisor to the leadership team, available for the decisions that come up in real time rather than scheduled to a fixed deliverable. Some clients bring us in for a single high-stakes call; others keep us close for a full year of change.
